Personality
As a kitten Sillabub was often very shy and timid. Whenever she spoke to someone her voice was so soft and quiet she often was asked to repeat herself many times as it was hard to hear what she was saying. Getting older helped to bring her out of her shell and by the time she had become a teenager it was like she was a completely different cat.
No longer the shy kitten she used to be, Sillabub is now very outgoing. She likes to be the center of attention and hates to be alone. If a new cat arrives at the junkyard she is usually one of the first cats to greet them. She is willing to try to befriend just about anyone she meets though this is done more out of her need to be surrounded by others rather than out of the kindness of her heart. Though she is a bit of self-centered cat she does have plenty of moments of kindness. She is willing to lend a hand to any of her friends if they need it. As well as being outgoing she is quite energetic. There is rarely a dull moment when she is around.
Though she is for the most part a friendly cat, she is known to be a bit quick tempered. When someone does something that rubs her the wrong way she is quick to jump onto them about it. Often times she tends to speak before she thinks and this can often get her into trouble, especially when she is already in a mood and prone to speaking more aggressively. A Lot of the time she will regret what she has said or done to upset others, but as she is also a stubborn cat it is like pulling teeth to get her to apologize. She will usually apologize in the end, especially if she thinks she might lost a friend because of whatever happened.
Now that she is a teenager she is beginning to see toms in a new light, as well as some of the queens. She tries to be playful and flirty around anyone she is interested in, but if they start to show genuine interest back she immediately becomes a stammering mess. While she might be confident and outgoing most of the time when it comes to feelings of love and lust she tends to feel a bit overwhelmed. The idea of romance appeals to her, but as she is young and has never experienced it before there are plenty of things about love and lust that make her nervous.
History
Sillabub’s story began when her mother, a stray cat, gave birth to her in an alleyway somewhere in downtown. Shortly after she was old enough to start exploring the area around where her mother made their home, Sillabub was caught by a woman who found her wandering the streets alone. Seeing as she had no collar, she was sold by the woman to a local pet store. Since she was taken from her mother at such a young age she has very few memories of her mother, but the ones she does have she treasures dearly. Her memories of her father on the other hand have all unfortunately been long forgotten. Although she one day hopes to reunite with her parents she does not really believe that day will ever come.
Once she was put up for sale at the local pet store it did not take long before she was adopted by a young couple. Her new home was a small house in a nice neighborhood. Though she was shy around her new human family at first she quickly warmed up to them and was thoroughly spoiled by both humans. At first both of her humans were nervous about letting her outside of the house and would often follow behind her during her short trips outside, but soon enough they had grown comfortable with her being outside and she was given the freedom to come and go as she pleased. This newfound freedom allowed her to explore outside of the neighborhood that she lived in.
It wasn’t long before she happened upon the junkyard and the Jellicle Tribe that lived there. She was amazed at all the different cats she met there and asked if she could become a member of the tribe. After the young kitten was accepted into the Jellicle Tribe she most of her time their or with her newly made friends out in the city. Though she enjoyed being part of the tribe she always made sure to spend at least one hour of each day back home with her human family. As of yet she has lived a fairly normal and happy life. Though her life is an easy one now that she is a teenager she craves more adventure in her life.
Notes
Sillabub is interested in both toms and queens, though she seems to like toms a bit more. She hasn’t had much of an exciting life, but she hopes to change that sometime in the future.
